Product: HP Envy x360 convert 13-ay0008AU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently have bought HP Envy x360 13, it comes with  type c usb port. I have find information regarding type c usb port, it can be use for battery charging, but this model seem like don't work. When plug in type c adapter it shown AC adapter not compatible with the system. Is that true? Or any recommend ac adapter can use type c usb port for  charging?

As per the Service Manual http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06618429 the Type-C ports on the Notebook is for Data Transfer only
