i am using hp notebook 15-ay008tx and can i use windows hello features in it...
like facial scanner or finger print scanner...etc...

Thanks for the post.
I see you are looking to check if you can use Windows 10 hello facial recognition on your computer. I would like to help.
Please click here for Windows 10 system requirements. The requirements released by Microsoft are Windows Hello requires a specialized illuminated infrared camera for facial recognition or a fingerprint reader which supports the Window Biometric Framework. Windows Hello with an Intel® RealSense™ (F200) camera requires a software update to work on Windows 8.1 devices after upgrading to Windows 10.
The specification of your computer based on the product number provided is available here.
The camera installed on your computer is not an infrared camera, hence to the best of my knowledge you would not be able to use the Windows 10 hello feature.
