cannot redeem microsoft office

My device was supposed to come with free office 2019,yyet i am unable to redeem it.

When i try to activate it,this message appears:

I followed with the get help option, installed  microsoft support and recovery assistant which promptly told me that  no office subscription was linked to my account.

I only have one microsoft account and that's what I used to activate this laptop with.

Kindly advice on how to solve this issue

My device was supposed to come with office.It's got a sticker up front and there's a notification that pops up every few days telling me to acyivate it but doesn't do anything when i click it. Should i contact hp support or microsoft support? Cuz the video on the amazon page says it should get linked along with windows setup
