cannot update omen gaming hub drivers and install hp system app

What is your machine ? Many older machines do not have Omen Gaming Hub but using older app OCC.

Thanks for the answer.

Its a 3 year laptop hp omen 15 with rtx 2070. The problem is that before a couple of days OMEN gaming hub needed update the drivers but the downloaded file was stuck in the beginning of installation, doing nothing.  By this, i cannot access the settings of lights, performance etc. The HP System Information app wasnt working since a lot of time and was an error while downloading from Microsoft store. I tried to download all updates manually and through the HP app but still Gaming Hub was needed update and i was ending in the same situation
