The unknown device needs the Intel Bluetooth driver that I had posted the other day.

 

You can see where I solved this post where the forum member had the same device (USB\VID_8087&PID_07DC), except that you need the W10 64 bit driver.

 

Solved: Unknown devices in Device Manager (need driver) - HP Support Community - 6514645

 

First driver on the top left side of the page.
