I don't know what "package" it is you paid for but the standard warranty does not include step-by-step personal assistance with either setting up the PC or using it on a daily basis.
We are not a training site and do not have tutorials or online videos on setup or usage.
If there is a specific setup issue you are having problems with, perhaps we can help on that.
