Without a doubt, that would be the Macrium Reflect freeware cloning program as can be downloaded from here: Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free Trial.

 

Here is a most useful YouTube instructional video how to perform the cloning with the least amount of hassle: (545) How To Clone Your Windows Boot Drive With Macrium Reflect - Easy and Free Software! - YouTube.

 

Just performed a clone myself using Macrium Reflect: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Upgrading-an-HP-Z240-Tower-Work....
