Hi all,

For context, my laptop has a built-in SD card reader. I reset my PC last June and reinstalled Windows, and when I tried putting in 3 different SD cards yesterday, none were detected. No driver shows up, nothing in BIOS. I have tried installing multiple drivers with no luck. The cards are indeed detected on another laptop, so this is not a card issue. What should I do? Every time I try contacting the virtual assistant it leads nowhere.

Please download and install the following card reader driver for your machine:

 

         https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96445.exe
