Product: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 15-n047cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Windows 10 of my HP PC was crashed during the Windows 10 updates so I have to refresh PC and reinstall Windows... and I have reinstalled some Apps including MS Office but I don't know where to find the  "CyberLink Media Suite" to reinstall which came with the HP PC when I bought it. Please quide me to install it back on it again. Much appreciated!

Hi:

 

Your notebook originally came with W8 from HP, so you would have to see if the CyberLink Media Suite software works from your notebook's W8 driver page...

 

This package provides the Cyberlink Media Suite Software for supported notebook models running a supported operation system. Cyberlink Media Suite enables users to create, edit, manage and share media such as photo, music and video content.

CyberLink Media Suite 10 is installed successfully. However, I just found out there are other Cyberlinks Apps were on... The list of them as follows,

Check the W8 driver page for your model.

 

That is where I got that file from.

 

Under the Multimedia driver section.

what are other links to the available software from your notebook's support page? I am asking because I am trying to reinstall all Apps (shown below) were removed while resetting my PC. I hope you can help on those are missing. Really appreciated!

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with obtaining the software you listed.

 

I can tell you that Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows Live Essentials and that program suite is no longer available for download.
