de-installing windows 8.1 and installing windows 7 pro on my Pavilion Notebook but needing a cd with

I have a HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f136ds 64 Bit, it came with the junk 8.1 OS and I contacted HP to buy a CD that has all the drivers for this notebook using Windows 7 Pro and the so-called customers support is a total joke, the female that I spoke to could not even speak or understand English, she was a complete moron. She kept saying that she would help me when I kept asking to speak to someone that could converse in English. She said she would place the order for me and said she knew what I needed, she then transferred me to another so-called support who also could not speak or understand English. I also called to renew my warranty on my notebook and again I got a person from India who should not be working as customer support!  He charged my credit card and yet my notebook shows it is out of warranty, called back and yet another Indian to waste time trying to explain.  It appears that HP is trying to go out of business!

How can I get a CD with all (ALL) the correct drivers for my notebook to use with windows 7 pro?  It should be a simple process of ordered a CD from HP but HP apparently does not care enough to have Americans in Customer Service to support Americans  nor do they care enough to have employees that are not incompetent like they have now! 

Would someone tell me how to get the Drivers CD that I need?

After buying a numer of notebooks and laptops and desktops from HP through the years, I sincerely doubt that I will ever buy another product from them since they cannot or will not provide something as simple as COMPETENT SUPPORT PERSONNEL !

I normally don't answer posts like yours where you spend most of your time complaining about something that no one here can help you with.

The only reason I am replying, is because I can give you the links to the W7 drivers you need.

This is a peer to peer forum.  HP maintains no official presence on this forum.

If you want to complain to HP directly, do so at the link below. 

Our forum moderators can only ask someone from HP to contact you.   They have no authority to do more than that.

News flash... HP only supports your notebook for W8.1 and W10.

Accordingly, there is no such thing as a driver disk for W7.

So, if you are going to install an unsupported operating system, that is YOUR problem, not HP's.

I took a look at the hardware specifications for your notebook, and here are the links to the W7 x64 drivers you need...

First install the AMD chipset driver and restart the PC.  You want the first file on the list.

Graphics:  Your option whether or not to install the full Radeon software package or the minimal driver install file.  Then restart the PC.
