i read that defragment cant decrease the life of ssd , the default setting in defragment and optimization was to check every one week, should i turn it off or keep it like that?image.png

Hi:

 

You can keep it enabled because W10 knows your notebook has a SSD and will TRIM the drive instead of defragmenting it.

 

This is what TRIM does...
