Hello

 

it's PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843="Ricoh SD/MMC Controller"

 

I just find driver for WIndows 7 as it's a very old computer. In theory Windows 10 should have the driver included , if not just try if driver for Windows 7 works (very unlikely)
