Yes, that was fine to use that driver.
I could not find a newer one that is guaranteed to work with the Broadwell chipset your notebook has.
Here is where you can always get the latest support assistant software...the download link is at the bottom of the page.

And still a question. Audio driver Realtek High-Definition (HD) the newest version sp82071 Realtek High-Definition (HD) 6.01.8248 Bang & Olufsen ???On the site Realtek driver like without Bang & Olufsen
with this driver I only have sound through the connected speakers:smileyindifferent:

Unfortunately, that one I can't help you with.
I always use the latest audio, ethernet and card reader drivers directly from the Realtek site, but if your notebook has a customized audio configuration such as Bang & Olufsen, you should stick with the HP drivers.
