upgraded recently my operating system to win 10 64 bit and found that some components are still missing the right driver (see attached pic below). kindly advise on what these components are and where i can download the appropriate driver.
please let me know should you need further info and thanks for your good support in advance.

HPQ0004 is the hard drive accelerometer which parks the read head if a drop is sensed:
You can try the above driver but I know the accelerometer (3d Drive protection) has been giving issues in Windows 10.
The other item is the fingerprint reader:

The mobile broadband is the cellular wireless card (modem) which you may not even use.
The unknown devices are just that...unknown. Right click...properties/details tab/pull down menu hardware IDs and let us know what you see and that will tell us what they are.
This is the driver for the cellular modem:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63001-63500/sp63218.exe
Its for Windows 8.1 so you might have to force install it under Windows 10 but download and try to run it and if it refuses let us know and we can give you a workaround.

Thank you for your response. will download/ install the modem driver and post back with results.
as for unkown devices they're two. Please find details as below:
1. "ACPI\HPQ0004\3&B1BFB68&0"
2. "USB\VID_138A&PID_003C\0030361D5589"

Thank you!. wtih the link you provided i was able to eliminate one of the unknown devices (the finger print sensor).
for the hard drive accelerometer please note that i have replaced my 2.5" drive with SSD. is this driver still needed? shall i try to install it?
