HPQ0004 is the hard drive accelerometer which parks the read head if a drop is sensed:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/need-driver-for-ACPI-HPQ0004-2...

You can try the above driver but I know the accelerometer (3d Drive protection) has been giving issues in Windows 10.

The other item is the fingerprint reader:

The mobile broadband is the cellular wireless card (modem) which you may not even use.

The unknown devices are just that...unknown. Right click...properties/details tab/pull down menu hardware IDs and let us know what you see and that will tell us what they are.

This is the driver for the cellular modem:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63001-63500/sp63218.exe

Its for Windows 8.1 so you might have to force install it under Windows 10 but download and try to run it and if it refuses let us know and we can give you a workaround.

Thank you for your response. will download/ install the modem driver and post back with results.

as for unkown devices they're two. Please find details as below:

1. "ACPI\HPQ0004\3&B1BFB68&0"

2. "USB\VID_138A&PID_003C\0030361D5589"

thanks for your support in advance.

Thank you!. wtih the link you provided i was able to eliminate one of the unknown devices (the finger print sensor).

for the hard drive accelerometer please note that i have replaced my 2.5" drive with SSD. is this driver still needed? shall i try to install it?

No need for it in that case. disable it.

Dear kindly advice as I don't find official driver's from HP to install win10 so I remove it and back to win 7 , so is your 8460p run win10 as well or you face any issue and did you install driver of win.8.1 instant ?!
