hi again!
i revert back to win 7.
and i'm starting to thing that the laptop sees it's main screen for an external.(is that even possible?)
screen power up only when windows boot.

i look in hp for bios and firmware but i cant find anything,Capture.PNG

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, I don't know what the problem could be.

 

Now we know it wasn't the graphics driver.

 

Try pressing the Fn keys for the display and see if that changes anything.

The fn display key works extend the screen, dublicate it everything.

Is it possible to be a corruption in firmware or bios? 

Is it possible to sent me a link for firmware and bios? Maybe install them fix the problem.
