I understand you're looking for a duplicate copy of your invoice, and I can see how important that is, especially for warranty or service-related concerns.
Just to clarify, HP does not store or issue invoice copies for purchases made through retail partners. Since your device was purchased from Reliance, you'll need to reach out directly to the store where the purchase was made.
They should be able to either email you a duplicate invoice or provide a printed copy at the store, depending on their process.
Please visit or contact the Reliance store at your earliest convenience. They’ll be in the best position to assist you with this.
