Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)

I'm Anubhav Dey, owner of an HP laptop with the following credentials:-

product model number 788X9PA

product name HP Victus 15

Service centre form number 66046
I purchased it only 2.5-3 months ago and it already gave display issue.
It is under full brand warranty. And only one part is supposed to be replaced, which should be done by 2-3 days.

I gave this product for servicing at HP Care Jayanagar, Bengaluru on 14th of August, and now it's been more than two weeks that I still have not received it back with fixed condition. I call the service centre daily to check on the status, but you people have the audacity to completely ignore and not pick up a customer's calls. Everytime I drop by you give an excuse that parts have not arrived yet or some other silly excuse like part hasn't arrived blah blah.

Everytime they promise me that I'll get it by 2-3 days, and then weeks go by and they don't recieve calls and when I go there they say part still hasn't arrived. 

I need my laptop as soon as possible as it's hampering my MBA life. What step should I take next?
