I'm not sure if this is where to ask my concern. My email has not downloaded any new emails since 12/23. I must have changed a setting by accident. Can anyone please advise on what to do? Thanks

Sending and receiving emails is handled either by an application (like Outlook) or by a Browser using WebMail (like Gmail).
In both cases, the ability to send and/or received is governed by the settings you have established for your Email Service -- usually provided by the same company that provides you Internet service (ISP).
We have no way of diagnosing settings issues or problems with the email apps or the Browser functions. For these issues, you will have to contact your ISP support folks.
