so ive tried everything because this is leaving a **bleep** ton of performance on the table for me that i cant access

ive downloaded updates and checked bios, downloaded software

IS THERE ANY WAY to increase the fan speed on my laptop because i would rather HAVE A LOUD **bleep**ING FAN THAN HAVE MY CPU THROTTLE

I DONT WANT IT TO THROTTLE I WANT THE FAN LOUDER BECAUSE I NEED EVERY BIT I CAN GET WITH THIS LAPTOP

I CAN BE PEGGED AT 100% CPU USAGE AND MY FAN **bleep**ING TURNS OFF **bleep** NEAR

I KNOW THE FAN WORKS BECAUSE IT WILL RAMP UP THEN THROTTLE CLOCKS

I WANT POWER NOT SILENCE
