frequent error message from hpdiags

HP Recommended
HP ENVY 17 Leap Motion SE NB PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Of late i have been getting an error message a few seconds after booting up - kind of randomly.  Here is the screenshot of the first

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1H5vmicom46WEsn3IgX-y4SHtQkZtm8rY/view?usp=sharing

A second message was about the battery.

Please help me to diagnose what may be the issue here

Thanks

@perfection161

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting an error message on the startup.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thank you for the information.

I recommend you perform a system restore on the computer back to the date when everything on the computer was working fine.

Refer to the below article for detailed steps.
