@leica, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble launching games downloaded from the Microsoft Store on your HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 running Windows 11. Since you've already checked the firewall, antivirus, and drivers, here are a few more steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

This built-in tool can automatically detect and fix issues with Microsoft Store apps.

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
  • Scroll down and click Run next to Windows Store Apps

Reset the Microsoft Store Cache

Corrupted cache can prevent apps from launching.

  • Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe, and press Enter
  • A blank Command Prompt window will open and close automatically. The Store will then launch.

Repair or Reset the Game App

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps
  • Find the game that won’t open, click the three dots () > Advanced options
  • Click Repair. If that doesn’t work, try Reset

Check for Windows Updates

Ensure your system is fully updated.

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and click Check for updates

Reinstall the Game

Sometimes a clean reinstall helps:

  • Uninstall the game
  • Restart your PC
  • Reinstall the game from the Microsoft Store

Create a New User Profile

Corrupted user profiles can cause app issues.

  • Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users > Add account
  • Create a new local user and check if the game launches there

Perform a System File Check

To repair any corrupted system files:

  • Open Command Prompt as Administrator
  • Run the following commands one by one:sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Update Graphics Drivers from HP

Even if drivers are up to date via Windows, it's good to check HP official site: Official HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
