Hi @Pranto_
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've likely already tried, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience—this issue can be frustrating, especially when NVIDIA Overlay shows the correct temperature but Task Manager and Omen Gaming Hub do not.
Here are some steps to resolve it:
1. Update NVIDIA Drivers
- Open GeForce Experience → Drivers.
- Click Check for Updates and install the latest driver.
- Restart your laptop after installation.
2. Reinstall Omen Gaming Hub
- Open Settings → Apps → Installed Apps.
- Find Omen Gaming Hub, click Uninstall, then restart your laptop.
- Download and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
3. Reset Task Manager Data
- Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
- Click Performance → GPU.
- If the temperature is stuck, restart Windows Explorer:
- Open Task Manager → Processes.
- Find Windows Explorer, right-click, and select Restart.
