Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I recently discovered an article that might solve my problem with my probook not making a bluetooth available on it, even though I know this one has a bluetooth.

For reference: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Archive-Read-Only/HP-Probook-430-G2-Bluetooth-HW-not-detecte...

This is the article I've read, but I can't seem to access the site that Paul recommended. Is the site gone now? or has it moved somewhere?

Hi, I downloaded the link you've sent me but it's not working. Any other ideas?

Check in Device Manager which drivers are not recognized.

Hi,

Sorry for the reply of this post, I've already checked the device managers and just like the link I've posted with the post it doesn't show up. I've looked it up the web and it says my probook supports bluetooth but it doesn't seem to show up, any ideas?

What model of WLAN do you have, these notebooks may come without Bluetooth, see page 3 of the manual.

In that section there is no Bluetooth you should have another section in the device manager that says Bluetooth. I also see a wi-fi card but I think it's an external one via USB ? that's built-in bluetooth ?

It doesnt, just like the link I referenced on the post he doesn't have a bluetooth on the device too. Been looking for the app that Paul made him download but I can't seem to find the link of it I think it'll solve my problem.

the problem that you do not indicate your wi-fi card, I am telling you that there are wi-fi cards for this model that does not have Bluetooth.

enter the following link type the serial number (s/n) and see the model of your wi-fi card and write it here. Paul link no longer exists because the drivers have been ordered from his support page.
