how can i get USB controller drivers for HP notebook

i recently installed windows 7 64 bit OS in my pc, and found out that only one USB port works and unfortunetly i cant downloadthe  USB drivers controller  by using outomatic driver update..

will real apriciate if i could get your help..

I will be able to help you if you post the full model number or product number of your notebook.

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

You need to install the 1st driver listed on the webpage below and restart the PC.
