how can i get bios for hp elitebook g5.my current bios is v.Q78 and release date 13/05/24

Can anyone hear me. I am facing a big problem. Audio is not being heard on my laptop. After bios update audio is not being heard. But it makes sound when entering bios.

Q78 on May 13, 2024 is the latest it is only few months old. Clean reinstall Audio driver may help

 

1. Download the following driver and save on your machine

               https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140283.exe

2. Use Device Manager to uninstall audio driver (if any),
3. Reboot machine,
4. Install downloaded file above,
5. Reboot machine.
