how can i switch ins and stamp key?  Because i need to use ins key but i don't know

You cannot.  On your European (Italian?) keyboard, that one key has both "Ins" and "stamp" labels on it.

 

Hold-down the "FN" key (near bottom-left of your keyboard) and tap that INS/STAMP key, to enable/disable "insert-mode". Release the "FN" key.

 

I have never seen a North American keyboard with the label STAMP on any key. Interesting!

@GIuseppe18 -- can you use a smart-phone to take a picture of your keyboard, and post the image here, to show the keys on your keyboard?
