I need to change the primary email address on my HP account ASAP - but on myaccount.id.hp.comthere's no option to edit my email, anywhere. Including in the account/ profile/ security/ log in section that lists my email. . Virtual assistance is no help - and everything on the web says click the edit button. (not there!) - Help!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

To update your email address associated with your HP account, you'll need to follow these steps through the HP Smart website:

Sign In:

  • Go to the HP Smart website.
  • Click Sign In, and enter your account credentials to access your account.

Access Account Settings:

  • Once signed in, navigate to Account in the left menu.

Update Security Settings:

  • Click on Profile and then select Update Security Settings.

Change Email Address:

  • Enter your new email address in the designated field and save changes.

Email Confirmation:

  • A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address.
  • Open the confirmation email and click on the link provided to confirm your email address change.
