HP OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,yesterday, after several weeks/months without using it, OCC stopped working and remains looped inside the loading screen (black windows with sliding phrases near a white rhomboid logo, see attached image).I have no idea what happened.Looking into the internet I tried multiple fix but none has worked. Those fixs include:- re-installing- updating BIOS- updating windows- updating all HP software (utility, assistant, recovery menager)

To problem is that my HP OMEN 15 seems to have "reset" his fan speed to Default which is not that good for gaming. Usually I set it to Comfort where both fan speed up and decrease by a LOT the temperature of both GPU and CPU.

Anyone has any suggestion that can solve this?

I understand that the omen command center is not working.

 

What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..). 

 

I suggest you first uninstall the software completely from the control panel > programs 

 

Next, run the SFC scan. you can refer to this Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker

 

Then download the latest Omen Command Center from this Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/omen-command-center/9nqdw009t0t5?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
