Hi team,

 

One of my friends having issue with hp ryzen 5.

 

HP Laptop 15s-eq2334AU

Issue detected bios version : F20.

 

Hp latest bios having somany issue.

 

  • Can't install properly through hp support assistant. After installing part is finished hp support assistant showing failed to install message. But latest version number is showing hp startup (F10) page and system information page.
  • Hp support assistant still downloading drivers for windows 10 not for windows 11 for windows 11 os. (Eg. Bluetooth driver , lan driver , wifi driver , realtek sound driver and tpm for optional support).
  • Not received ssd nvme driver support.
  • Graphics update for latest is always crash with win 11.
  • Very difficult to download optional supported drivers for win 11.
  • Unnecessary laptop is heating and fan noise is worse.
  • Can't connect to hdmi to tv.
  • Hp software component is downgraded automatically.
  • No firmware update.
  • No update driver for webcam.
  • Type C port speed slow.
  • Battery drain unnecessary. 
  • Ram usage is high and every time need to restart.
  •  need to setup date and time manually in bios after switch on and use.

Note: hp laptop totally waste.
