hp cannot find my PN or seial number. i need recovery for my laptop

i need to the recovery disks for my machine hp 635 laptop

the above numbers are from the battery compartment hp site does not recognize them as valid, anyway
please i need the recovery disks as my hard drive failed. i have now bought a new dirive.
i then installed windows 10 and tried to used the MS product key that is on the sticker under the but that too came up as not a good key. so here i am hunting down for a swedish phone number to hp in solna and could not find any.
the live chat needs a valid product to proceed and as stated above when entered hte chat does not go forward.
its all confusing and difficult.  by the way i bought this machine from tele2 sweden tele2.se. i called them and they said i should call you.

Hi:

This is a peer to peer forum.  HP maintains no presence here.

I have an old HP business PC phone directory from 7 years ago.

This would be the phone number you would need to call in Sweden if it still works.

077 130 3000  or  077 130 3030

Hours are from 08:00 - 17:00.

If you let me know what version of W7 your product key is good for (Home or Pro), I can send you the link to the Swedish W7 32 or 64 bit ISO file download and you should be able to use the W7 product key on that file.
