hp elitebook fingerprint and hello face does not not work

hi plz help me my laptop fingerprint sensor does not show in settings before and after upgrading to windows 11. In device manager it doesnot shows hello face and fingerprint what do i do plz help me  in files it does not show hello.inf if show does not install my notebook is x360 model i am sure it comes with fingerprint reader plz help me support team

Did you buy hardware options for your machine at the beginning ? On page 4 of the manual

• Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0, Infineon, soldered down
• Touch fingerprint sensor (select products only)
• Nano security lock
• Smart card reader (active) (select products only)
• Preboot authentication (password, smart card)
• SecureBIO capable
• Hardware enforced firmware protection: HP Hardware Root of Trust + Sure Start Gen6

 Same thing for IR camera which says Optional on page 1 of its specs.

You need hardware to support those features.
