Type Programs in the Search bar and hit the Enter key.

I will be listed there and can be uninstalled.

uninstall a program.JPG

 

IF not, open a windows and go to C:\Program Files (x86) and see if you can find it there. If its not there, then don't worry about it. Continue with the instructions above.

i uninstalled before but  when i reinstalled again nothing happen i tried many thing but nothing happen ( when i reinstall the occ 

they said to me to install hp systeme event utility i  installed but  nothing change plz i need help
