Hi @michal1chovanec,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
To turn Memory Integrity back on for your HP Victus laptop, you'll typically need to access the BIOS or UEFI settings. Here's a general guide:
- Restart your laptop: Save any open work and restart your computer.
- Access BIOS or UEFI: As your laptop restarts, press the appropriate key (often Esc, F2, F10, or Del) to enter the BIOS or UEFI settings. The specific key can vary depending on your laptop model.
- Navigate to Security Settings: Look for a section related to "Security" or "Advanced Settings."
- Locate Memory Integrity or Virtualization: Memory Integrity might be listed as "Core Isolation" or "Hardware-based Security" in some BIOS/UEFI menus.
- Enable Memory Integrity: Once you've found the option, select it and set it to "Enabled."
- Save and Exit: Save the changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI settings. Your laptop will restart.
Remember, these steps might vary slightly based on your specific laptop model or BIOS/UEFI version. If you're unsure or uncomfortable accessing these settings, I recommend you contact phone support for remote assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
