Hi @Anjalithakur87

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If you're having trouble activating the free Microsoft Office subscription that comes with your HP Pavilion x360, here are some steps you can follow:

Activating Microsoft Office on HP Pavilion x360

Sign in to Microsoft Account:

  • Open any Office app, such as Word or Excel.
  • When prompted, sign in with your Microsoft account. If you don’t have one, you will need to create one.

Redeem Office Subscription:

  • Once signed in, Office will guide you through the activation process. If the Office subscription was included with your laptop, it should automatically detect and activate it upon signing in.

Check for Pre-installed Office App:

  • Ensure that Office is pre-installed on your laptop. If not, you might need to download it from the Microsoft Store.

No Product Key Needed:

  • Typically, with Office subscriptions linked to device purchases, you do not need a product key. The activation is usually tied to your Microsoft account after logging into Office apps.

Contact HP Support:

  • If you are unable to activate Office, contact HP phone support for assistance as there might be specific processes or codes they can provide.

You can also visit the HP Support website for more detailed assistance.
