The problem is that you installed an unsupported operating system (32 bit) and have no graphics drivers.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the Intel W7 32 bit graphics driver directly from Intel and see if that resolves the problem with the webcam.
The 2nd file on the list is for W7 32 bit.
If the above driver doesn't work, see if this older HP driver from a comparable business notebook works...
This package provides the Intel video drivers, control panel and display audio driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
