I have tried to remove the app "freeforms" from the computer for a while now and it won't remove. I've tried several times and it never uninstalls. this search engine (which is not what i thought it was pops up every time I turn on my computer) help!!

This is spyware you have installed as a side-effect of installing something else. When you have these kinds of issues, then Google is your friend -- as you can generally find instructions for removing this stuff.
