Hi @scaramouschch,

Thank you for the response.

The HP Wireless Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen is designed to work with compatible devices, typically without requiring a Bluetooth connection. Here are some steps to help resolve connection issues with your new Omnibook 5 Flip laptop:

Charge the Pen:

  • Ensure that the pen is fully charged. Place the pen on the designated magnetic attachment area of your laptop to charge it. Check the LED indicator on the pen to confirm its charging status (Static amber means charging; Off means fully charged).

Check Compatibility:

  • Verify that your HP Omnibook 5 Flip supports the MPP2.0 Tilt Pen. The laptop's specifications should mention pen compatibility.

Update Device Drivers:

  • Make sure that your laptop has the latest drivers installed. Visit the HP Support website and download any updates for your laptop’s firmware that may be available.

Check Pen Settings:

  • Access the settings on your laptop and make sure that pen inputs and touchscreen settings are enabled.
  • If your laptop has specific software for pen configuration, ensure it's correctly set up.

Restart Devices:

  • Try restarting both your laptop and the pen to reset any temporary connectivity issues.

I hope this helps.
