is hp omen 15-dc1092tx bios driver support windows 11 if not then why it is showing the upgrade option in windows update

It is not necessary to update the BIOS, you should be able to upgrade to Windows 11, verify in the BIOS that you have the secure boot enabled.

Hi,

 

You should have no problem using the update on windows 11, in particular I recommend you to update from the support page of your model.

Actually I had a problem with my laptop regarding windows 11 after resetting it was showing that activate windows but my copy of windows is genuine regarding this issue i went to the hp service centre and technician told me that the bios driver of my laptop does not support windows 11 and he reinstalled my previous windows 10 in my laptop that's why i am little bit confused whether I should do update or not
