Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

II have downloaded the current version of itunes, checked for Windows updates , checked the device driver is current and repaired the driver.

The ipod comes up immediately when plugged in to other PC's running Windows 10.

The ipod is recognized by Explorer and shows the files that are on it.

I need to transfer an Audible audio book to the ipod that I put in itunes.

I can offer the following limited advice:

This is perhaps an issue related to how the PC is set up to work with iTunes.

For example, the PC must be "trusted" by the Apple product before you can add that device.

Help from Apple Support:

If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
