Sorry, but there's really nothing we can do from here about this as the camera divers are included with Windows, not provided by HP.
You need to open Zoom, go into the settings and check the video. If you see no image in the Zoom settings screen, then you need to go into Windows Settings, do a search on Camera, and look for settings that have your camera disabled.
