Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought a used HP EliteBook 8750W, I am trying to figure out where the cell phone sim card is supposed to go to install it,

I am not good with computers like I once was and this has me totally baffled. I cant find anything in my computer to help. in the system area there is a button to go to the sell service rather than wifi and so on.

is there anyone that can explain to me how to do this. thank you
