Dears
i have hp 15-dw3019ne With Nvme SSD & HDD
i tried to boot by Acronis True image 2021 & Acronis Cyber Protect Home office 2022 and all of them doesn't the hdd and the ssd (purpose of booting to backup my current system before install a fresh one)
and tried to do that again with Windows 10 Bootable USB and still the hdd and ssd doesn't show
even i disabled secure boot
please help

Hi:
You will have to contact the software manufacturers and see if they have a patch that will allow Acronis True image 2021 & Acronis Cyber Protect Home office 2022 to 'see' the hard drive.
