Good day all, I have an issue with my windows 11 biometrics. when I try to signup on windows using the fingerprint option or face id it says "this option is currently unavailable" and when I check device manager I dont see any biometric option there and the fingerprint scanner on my device is the same color with the device and not the usual black color. I would love it if I can get the reason why I can't use the fingerprint option and the face id. I would be waiting for a response
