Product: ProBook 470 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Receive error message " you don't currently have permission to access this folder". Even though I am administrator and these are my drive. Any ideas?

@Sobester 

First off, most likely, you are NOT the Administrator; but instead, a General use with some Admin rights -- as those are the types of accounts that get created with Win10.

 

Second, have you tried the drives on other PCs, and if so, do they work there?
