My laptop with windows 10 used to print wirelessly. It just stopped talking to the printer. I already uninstalled a brother professional series printer and re-installed it. Nothing. Now tried a brand new HP all-in-one 2700e series printer. Followed the directions carefully using the HP app that I installed. The printer itself automatically picked up the wifi . When I tried installing the new printer to my laptop, it finds the printer to install, but the the installation fails. HELP
