long delay before my sdhc card is detected

Hi,

The problem is, when i insert  a sdhc card (sandisck extreme plus 80/sec class 10) in the card reader, i hear the sound telling me the card have been seen, but it is not viewable in the explorer. Also, in the eject device menu in the task bar to the right, at first, there is nothing. Then after a couple of second, i can see it have been seen, but it is only writen ''eject generic se64g sd card''. Then a couple minutes after, nikon D600 apear and i have acces to the data.

Any idea?

my question & suggestion  :

1. how obout when insert with another SDCard still had same problem?

2. may you can try update Driver for your PCIE Card Reader

3. format your SDCARD

A ultra card get read faster than the extreme one.

I updated the driver. Have been told that the latest driver is installed.
I format my card every day with my camera.

Any other idea?

base in information from HP sites SDXC still compatible with HP Laptop/Desktop, we must localize problem came from card reader or SDCARD  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00068354

I use window 10.
Originaly, it was window 7.

Yup, window 7 driver did it.

But still a little 5 seconds delay before the card is seen.
Cmon window, fix this.
