It sounds like you may need to manually transfer your downloaded photos from your old Chromebook to your new HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC. Here are some steps to achieve that:

Using Google Drive

Upload Photos to Google Drive from Chromebook:

  1. Open Google Drive on your Chromebook.
  2. Click the "New" button, then select "File upload".
  3. Select the photos you want to upload from your Chromebook and upload them to Google Drive.

Download Photos from Google Drive to your HP Laptop:

  1. Open Google Drive on your HP laptop.
  2. Navigate to the folder where you uploaded the photos.
  3. Select the photos you want to transfer.
  4. Click the three dots menu or the download icon and select "Download" to save the files to your HP laptop.

Using a USB Drive

Transfer Photos to USB Drive from Chromebook:

  1. Insert a USB drive into your Chromebook.
  2. Navigate to your downloaded photos.
  3. Copy the photos to the USB drive.

Transfer Photos from USB Drive to HP Laptop:

  1. Remove the USB drive from your Chromebook and insert it into your HP laptop.
  2. Open the USB drive on your HP laptop.
  3. Copy the photos from the USB drive to your desired location on your HP laptop.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
