my hp power assistant and all other things got uninstalled when i formated and idon't know how to reinstall it please tell me how to do that

Get all software and drivers here -> HP EliteBook 8470p Notebook PC
I assume that you previously worked with Windows 8.x and are now using Windows 10.
Most software is available for Windows 8.1:
