the fans are noisy and laptop is also heating up

I would like to add the following:

 

You might want to use an Air Duster to clean your laptop as it appears to be heating up.

To mitigate any heat problem you might consider using a laptop cooler.

annoying fan noise fix
======================
open search panel
type "edit power plan"
change advanced power settings
processor power management
max processor state - drop 2% to 98 (if you experience performance issues put it up to 99% or back to noisy 100%)
