my laptop is not letting me download files from google drive or even from the internet...i have disabled the firewall and real time scanning of the Mcaffee antivrus and still its not allowing me to download files...even the logmein file of mcaffee is not being allowed to download...

it says the file has a virus and was deleted...even though there is no virus....Mcaffee team says its a issue with HP ...pls help

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Are you getting any error message or code?
  • Have you tried with different browsers i.e Microsoft edge, Firefox or Internet Explorer?
  • Have you tried resetting the internet options?
